We could launch from Newmarks at the Turning Basin (Wilmington) paddle out the main channel under the Vincent Thomas Bridge, lunch over by the tall ships and then...?
If we start early enough we might run into the USC rowing squad and dust 'em! (actually, not sure they practice on Sundays,still ...fun idea anyway!)
